This garland is 10 ft long (picture represents two 5ft long pieces) and consists of various sized latex balloons connected to a backdrop or a secured connection (not included) . We no longer offer this product on a frame. so you would need to have something that we can secure the garland to. Your choice of up to 4 colors.
